It was a Gavi on crutches who made his way past Barca’s training facility yesterday, where he was received with hugs and applause by his teammates before they started training on Tuesday.
The season is over for Gavi on top of his serious knee injury in Spain’s international match the other day. An operation awaits ahead, which will reportedly take place in a week’s time at a hospital in Barcelona.
Gavi has to use crutches when he has to walk, but that didn’t stop him from making his way past the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper yesterday. Here he was warmly received by his teammates, who both tried to comfort and cheer him up.
